By keeping a proper memory of you. Every conversation, decision, and preference gets added to a running record of your business, essentially its brain, and it reads that record before doing anything, so every answer is grounded in what it already knows. What does it cost?

Every business gets a different build, so every price is different. We quote once we know what yours needs, because scope varies so much between one business and the next. We work out what you actually need on the call, then quote for that. Once it's built, your fee is locked in, and it stays locked in, even if a giant AI company changes its prices.

Will it post or send anything without me checking first?

That's entirely up to you. Some businesses want everything checked before it goes out, others are happy to let it run once they trust it. We build it to match whichever level of oversight you actually want, and you can change that at any time.

Is my data used to train anyone else's AI model?

Your data stays on a private cloud server, set up specifically and solely for your business, on hardware only you use. Or, if you'd rather it stayed in the building, on hardware you own outright. We also spread the work across several different AI providers rather than relying on one, so each AI company only ever sees a fraction of your business.

How long does it take to get set up?

That depends on how many of your tools and workflows we're connecting. We'll give you a real, specific timeline on the call once we know what you actually need.

What happens after it's built, what about support?

You're supported the whole way. We offer different levels of support depending on what you need, from occasional check-ins to hands-on, rapid support whenever something needs a human. We'll agree the right level for you before we start. Beyond support, we maintain the system itself and keep upgrading it with new capabilities. The AI world moves fast, so do we, which means you're always on the current version.
